Full Year 2014 Results
Being the leading Market Expansion Services provider with a focus on Asia, DKSH continued to grow in 2014 at constant exchange rates. Net sales increased by 7.1% at constant exchange rates to CHF 10.2 billion with all Business Units contributing to this performance. Despite the more challenging than expected market situation in Thailand, the operating profit (EBIT) increased by 0.7% to CHF 284.1 million at constant exchange rates.
In line with the since many years pursued progressive dividend policy, the Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting in March 2015 an ordinary dividend of CHF 1.15 per share for the financial year 2014. The ordinary dividend is 21% higher than last year and accordingly represents a payout ratio of 38.9%.
