Edward Anton Keller
In 1887, the Swiss entrepreneur Edward Anton Keller founded the trading firm Edward Keller and Company in the Philippines. The first office was located in Escolta, Manila, and later moved to Makati City. Very quickly it became one of the pioneering Swiss companies of the country.
Hermann Siber Hegner
The precursor of the SiberHegner group was born in 1865 in Yokohama, Japan. With this trading firm the first milestone was set to become the Marketing Expansion Services company as we are today.
Wilhelm Heinrich Diethelm
Aged only 23, Wilhelm Heinrich Diethelm emigrated to Singapore in 1871 and started work at the Dutch trading company Hooglandt & Co. Inspired by his ambitious compatriot Johann Rudolph Riedtmann, Hooglandt & Co. became a springboard for Wilhelm H. Diethelm and the prestigious trading house Diethelm & Co. that he later built.

1968 | Acquisition by SiberHegner of Manchester-based trading firm Haycraft and London merchant house L.J. Rickards & Co. Ltd. |
1998 | Acquistion of Costatec AG by Ed. A. Keller in a joint venture with Diethelm Group |
2000 | Fourth generation representatives of the Diethelm Group and teh Keller Group formally join forces, forming Diethelm Keller Holding Ltd. |
2002 | DKSH Holiding Ltd. is formed through the merger of Diethelm Keller Services Asia Ltd, SiberHegner Holding Ltd., with annual revenues and an EBIT of CHF 50 million |
2004 | Acqusition of Medinova Ltd. Zurich |
